And it worked! Crossed fingers As an IT professional, I was trying to help my wife with her Zoom on windows and of course, I broke it, resulting in the error messages folks are getting here. It's because I tried to sign her in with SSO, which she doesn't use. She always joins as a guest, and doesn't actually sign into Zoom. The fix was to sign her in with a working personal account, then sign out. It stopped prompting her for an SSO sign-on. Hope this helps other folks!
