Had this issue for some time and no one was able to diagnose. Problem solved I tried this several times and it still isn't working for me. Uninstalled exactly as outlined in the instructions, restarted, downloaded again, and nothing. My internet is working fine, and I don't have any firewalls put up. This is so frustrating. Zoom and other online meeting tools make that easier than ever, but as with any other software, issues will arise, and they disrupt or even prevent good video calls.
